Coriander juice is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which can support overall health and well-being. However, excessive consumption may lead to potential side effects or interactions with medications, particularly for individuals with certain health conditions. Is Coriander good for hormonal imbalance? Coriander has potential benefits for hormonal balance due to its rich content of bioactive compounds, including flavonoids and phytochemicals. Some studies suggest that these compounds may help regulate hormone levels and support overall hormonal health. However, more research is required to fully understand the extent of coriander’s effects on hormonal balance in humans. As with any dietary supplement or intervention, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional before using coriander or any other herb for managing hormonal imbalances, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medications.
