DEFINITELY NOT BIHAR
In the video, we can hear people talking in Bangla. Additionally, 20 seconds into the video, “Chinsurah” can be seen written at a roundabout. Chinsurah is in the Hooghly district of West Bengal. This indicated the video was not from Bihar at all.
We were also able to geolocate the viral video on Google. A search on Google Maps for Khadina More Junction led us to a user-uploaded photo that matched the location of the viral video.
WHAT HAPPENED?
A reverse search of the keyframes of the video led us to media reports from August 5, 2022.
Per the reports, the video is from a scuffle that broke out between TMC and BJP workers during a rally organised by the BJP at Khadinan More in Chinsurah.
The BJP had accused TMC MLA Asit Majumdar and his supporters of beating up the saffron party’s workers without any provocation. Denying the accusation, Majumdar claimed that he and other party workers had confronted BJP workers who were making supposedly false allegations against the TMC.

JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar on August 10 took oath as Bihar's Chief Minister again. This came a day after he snapped ties with the BJP in Bihar and resigned as CM. Kumar alleged that the BJP "tried weakening the JD(U)".
It is hence clear that the video in question is from West Bengal and it has nothing to do with Nitish Kumar's recent defection from the NDA.
