This image is morphed. The original image shows the Indian Youth Congress supporters celebrating Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 37th birthday. The image was clicked in the year 2007.
After international pop artist Rihanna and environmental activist Greta Thunberg, former adult film star Mia Khalifa too tweeted in support of the ongoing farmers' agitation against Centre's three farm laws in India.
Amidst this, an image showing a group of Congress party workers offering cake to Khalifa's poster is viral on social media. The caption to one such image reads, "So much enslaved mentality? Height of Appeasement... uff.. the Congi Way ! @INCIndia most effective n anti India ideology!?"

Verified Twitter handle of BJP member Major Surendra Poonia also tweeted ( https://twitter.com/MajorPoonia/status/1358064664534413316 ) the same image.
India Today Anti Fake News War Room (AFWA) has found that the viral image is morphed. The original image dates back to 2007 and has the Indian Youth Congress supporters celebrating the birthday of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

AFWA probe
With the help of reverse image search, we found the original version of the image on the stock image site Getty Images. In this image, the men can be seen offering cake to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
According to the information provided by Getty images, the image shows Indian Youth Congress supporters celebrating Gandhi's 37th birthday. The image was taken on June 19, 2007, in front of Congress party president Sonia Gandhi's residence in New Delhi.
The original image was also carried by a Times of India news report with credits to AFP on June 19, 2007. The title of the report reads, "Rahul Gandhi turns 37 today."
Hence, it is clear that the image of Congress workers feeding cake to Mia Khalifa's photo is morphed and is more than a decade old.
