अमेरिकी एयर स्ट्राइक में ईरानी जनरल कासिम सुलेमानी की हत्या हो गई थी। ईरान ने जवाबी कार्रवाई करते हुए ईराक में मौजूद अमेरिका के तीन सैन्य ठिकानों पर कई रॉकेट दागे। इस हमले से एक बार फिर अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच तनाव बढ़ गया है। इसी बीच ईरान में यूक्रेन का विमान क्रैश हो गया जिसमें 180 यात्री सवार थे। हादसे में सभी यात्रियों की मौत हो गई। घटना के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर अलग-अलग दावे किए जा रहे हैं।
यूएस (US) के एरिजोना (Arizona) से Republican Parliament Member Paul Gosar ने अपने आधिकारिक हैंडल से एक तस्वीर शेयर की है। वायरल तस्वीर में अमेरिका के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति बराक ओबामा और ईरान के राष्ट्रपति हसन रोहानी (Hassan Rouhani) की हाथ मिलाते हुए एक तस्वीर शेयर की है।
Paul Gosar के ट्वीट को 6600 यूजर्स द्वारा शेयर किया जा चुका है और 2200 यूजर्स ने वायरल तस्वीर को लाइक भी किया है।

कुछ टूल्स और कीवर्ड्स की मदद से हमने फेसबुक और ट्विटर पर वायरल हो रही अमेरिका के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति और ईरान के राष्ट्रपति की तस्वीर को खंगाला। पड़ताल के दौरान हमें India Today और Economic Times का लेख मिला। लेख से हमने जाना कि सोशल माडिया पर वायरल हो रही तस्वीर के साथ छेड़छाड़ की गई है। असल मे अमेरिका के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति बराक ओबामा और पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह की तस्वीर को फोटोशॉप किया गया है। सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर वायरल हो रही तस्वीर ASEAN Summit के दौरान की है और यह समिट Nusa Dua, Bali में हुआ था। बराक ओबामा और डॉ मनमोहन सिंह की यह तस्वीर 18 नवंबर, 2011 यानि 8 साल पुरानी है।
