New Delhi (Vishvas News). Television actress Hina Khan recently posted on social media that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Now a video is going viral, falsely claiming that Hina Khan has died of breast cancer.
Vishvas News investigated the claim and found it to be fake. Hina Khan is undergoing treatment and is active on social media. She recently shared a picture of herself during the treatment.

Investigation
To verify the authenticity of the viral claim, we conducted a Google search using relevant keywords and found a related news report on Bollywood Life, published on August 27, 2024. According to the report, Hina Khan is currently in the hospital, undergoing treatment for breast cancer. She has even shared pictures of her blood sample on her official Instagram account.
During our investigation, we found numerous news reports about Hina Khan stating that she is fighting breast cancer. She has been keeping her fans updated on social media throughout her treatment. Here are some news reports.
Continuing our investigation, we searched Hina Khan’s official social media accounts and found that she remains active on social media. Just four days ago, she posted a video about spending time with her mother.
For further clarity, we reached out to Smita Srivastava, an entertainment journalist at Dainik Jagran, who confirmed that the viral claim is false and Hina Khan is undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
We reviewed the account of the user who shared the video with the misleading claim and found that the user has 42000 followers and frequently shares similar fake posts.
