ट्विटर और फेसबुक पर अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की एक तस्वीर वायरल हो रही है। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव राम माधव ने ट्वीट कर दावा किया कि अमेरिका ने भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र की श्रेणी में शामिल किया है।
देखा जा सकता है कि वायरल दावे को फेसबुक और ट्विटर पर कई यूजर्स द्वारा शेयर किया जा रहा है।

फेसबुक और ट्विटर पर अमेरिका और भारत को लेकर किए जा रहे दावे को हमने कुछ कीवर्ड्स की मदद से खंगाला। पड़ताल के दौरान हमें Economic Times और The Print का लेख मिला। लेख से हमने जाना कि ट्रंप प्रशासन अमेरिका व्यापार-उपाय कानूनों में एक महत्वपूर्ण छूट को बदल रहा है ताकि चीन, भारत और दक्षिण अफ्रीका सहित लगभग दो दर्जन विकासशील देशों को सज़ा देना आसान हो सके।
U.S. Trade Representative notice के अनुसार यूएस (U.S.) उघोगों को गलत तरीके से रियायती निर्यात के साथ अमेरिकी उघोगों को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं। इसकी जांच शुरू करने के लिए थ्रेशोल्ड को कम करने के लिए U.S. ने सोमवार को विकासशील (Developing) और सबसे कम विकसित देशों (Least-Developed Countries) की अपनी आंतरिक सूची को सीमित कर दिया है।
दरअसल अमेरिका पहले Under Developed Countries (अविकसित देशों) को उघोग और व्यापार उद्धेश्यों को बढ़ाने के लिए मदद करता था। लेकिन अब अमेरिका ने 12 से अधिक Developing Countries (विकासशील देशों) को इस सूची से हटा दिया है। जिसमें भारत, चीन, दक्षिण अफ्रीका समेत 12 से अधिक देश शामिल हैं। इस प्रकार इन सभी देशों को विभिन्न व्यापार लाभों से अलग किया जाएगा।
