The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, also known as ICE, does have an online tip form for the public. On the tip form page there's a sentence that reads: Although there is absolutely no guarantee that tip information provided will result in monetary payments, ICE has the discretion and statutory authorization to pay for information and/or evidence that is used in support of criminal investigations. There is also no evidence on the ICE website that tip information on "illegal immigrants" will result in a $750 payout (archived here). A Google News search of keywords relating to this claim yielded no legitimate evidence that this rumor was based in reality (archived here).
