মমতা ব্যানার্জী এবং অমিত শাহের ছবিটি এই বছর ফেব্রুয়ারী মাসের, ছবির সাথে বাংলার বিধানসভা নির্বাচনের কোনো সম্পর্ক নেই। ছবির রিভার্স ইমেজ সার্চ করার পর জানা যায় ফেব্রুয়ারী মাসে ওড়িশার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নবীন পট্টনায়েকের বাসভবনে পূর্ব জোনাল কাউন্সিল বৈঠকে যোগদান করে ছিলেন গৃহমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ, মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়, বিহারের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নীতিশ কুমার ও কেন্দ্রীয়মন্ত্রী ধর্মেন্দ্র প্রধান। নবীন পট্টনায়েকের অফিসিয়াল টুইটার থেকে এই বৈঠক নিয়ে টুইট পাই, যেখানে তিনি এই বৈঠকে অমিত শাহ, মমতা ব্যানার্জী, নীতিশ কুমার ও ধর্মেন্দ্র প্রধানের জন্য আথিতেয়তার সুযোগ পেয়ে আন্তরিক আনন্দ প্রকাশ করেছেন।
