A Facebook post claims the following:
Finally a INDIAN student from PONDICHERRY university, named RAMU found a home remedy cure for Covid-19 which is for the very first time accepted by WHO. He proved that by adding 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder to 2 table spoons of honey and some ginger juice for consecutive 5 days would suppress the effects of corona. And eventually go away 100%
Entire world is starting to accept this remedy. Finally a good news In 2020!!

No. We have crosschecked the news both from Pondicherry University and sources in WHO, who have confirmed that the claim is completely false.
Can Black Pepper, Ginger, Honey cure COVID-19?
No. So far there is no proof of any medicine or herbal products proving to be effective against COVID-19. Black pepper, Ginger, Honey mixture is a popular home remedy treatment used in many parts of India for sore throat or cold. However, it is not a recommended treatment for COVID-19 in any form.
In fact WHO has clearly mentioned in its website that Black Pepper is not a valid treatment for COVID-19.
