The claim is false.
When we performed Google reverse image search and searched for the viral image, we found an article published on the Indiatv website. The article is from July 2013 and is not recent. The article states that the person seen in the image is Bhojpuri actor Irfan khan and his friend Sanjay Yadav, who was arrested on charges of credit card theft and fraud by the Mumbai police. The screenshot shared in this article is being used in viral posts.
According to the report, they were stealing credit cards, cheque books, bill books and then purchasing valuables using the money drawn using them.
Here is the comparison of the viral image with the image published in the India TV report in 2013.
We also found the video published on IndiaTV’s YouTube channel with the title “Mumbai police arrests Bhojpuri actor Irfan Khan for credit card theft”.
Taking a cue from here, we searched for “Bhojpuri actor arrested for fraud”.
This news report was also published in ABP news and also Tv9 Gujarat.

When we searched for reports on the arrest of a barber by the Mumbai police, we did not find any reports.
Therefore, the claim is false. The image is 10 years old and shows a Bhojpuri actor who was arrested for credit card theft and fraud.
