| - A video showing a woman being questioned by the police has gone viral on social media, claiming that it shows Monica Yunus, the daughter of Muhammad Yunus, the Chief Advisor of the interim government in Bangladesh, who was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence.

Is the claim true?: The claim is false.
The viral video is from Verona, New Jersey in the United States of America. A woman named Monica was pulled by the police for driving under influence in 2022.
There are no reports stating the arrest of Yunus's daughter, Monica.
What we found: We ran a Google reverse image on the claim posts where stills were shared from the video.
We came across a video on YouTube on a channel named, "Transparency Bodycam" from Verona, NJ dated 28 August.
It featured the same woman as the viral video.
The incident dated back to April 2022 when Verona Police pulled up a person named Monica after she was involved in motor vehicle accident.
The woman admitted to drinking alcohol before driving after a break up with her girlfriend.
The intoxicated driver failed to pass any sobreity tests and was arrested.
In May 2022, she was found guilty of operating under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test, leading to penalties that included an ignition interlock device for three months and fines totaling 923 dollars.
We checked the "About Section" of the channel which noted, "We provide public footage of police incidents captured on body worn cameras." It also said that the footage was meant to be informative and educational. Further, it said that some agencies charge fees for the cost of reviewing and reproducing the records, which they have to pay for.
Additionally, the channel is not affiliated with any law enforcement agency.
We have reached out to the channel for further inputs and the story will be updated once the response is received.

About Monica Yunus: We came across her website which stated that she was an artist and social entrepreneur.
It noted that she was born in Chittagong, Bangladesh, to Russian mother Vera Forostenko Yunus and Mohd Yunus.
She earned a Bachelor and Masters of Music from The Juilliard School in New York, USA. As a renowned soprano, she has performed on major stages and advocated for arts and culture.
The artist is married to Brandon McReynolds, who is also an opera singer. The two attended the Juilliard School, reported the New York Times in June 2009. The article also noted the soprano singer's father's achievements of being awarded with the Nobel Peace Prize.
Facial differences between the woman in viral video and Yunus's daughter: We compared the two women and found significant differences between the two.
We were unable to independently verify her sexual orientation or whether she supported the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, and their Allies (LGBTQIA+) community.
We found no news reports about the arrest of Yunus's daughter, Monica in the USA.
Conclusion: A false claim has gone viral that Mohd Yunus's daughter was arrested for an alleged DUI in the USA.
