The graph matches with the one found on datarepublican.com (archived here and here). It is unclear what data sources were used to create the graph or which years are represented by the data. It listed the amount of $83,624,489 under "Gross receipts" in a box labeled "Bill Hillary & Chelsea Clinton" subtitled "EIN: 31-1580204".
The EIN (Employer Identification Number) listed in the graph is the one of the "Bill Hillary & Chelsea Clinton" foundation. According to ProPublica's Nonprofit explorer (archived here), which is based on tax filings, the foundation had about $30.5 million in revenue in 2023 and it listed $0 as the amount of compensation received by Chelsea Clinton for her work as "Vice Chair":
