  • FACT CHECK: No CNBC Did Not Publish Article Claiming Trump Is The Current President A post shared on social media purportedly shows that CNBC published a recent article reporting on a global US military operation code name “Storm.” Verdict: False The claim is inaccurate. CNBC did not publish this piece. Fact Check: President Joe Biden will implement new sanctions on Russia after the death of Alexei Navalny, USA Today reported. The cause of death is not yet revealed, however, and the White House has blamed Vladimir Putin. A post shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, alleges that CNBC published a piece claiming Trump is the current president. The post shares an image of Swiss banker Pascal Najadi and pieces of the alleged article. The alleged headline reads, “Pascal Najadi ‘Global US Military Operations #STORM reality in 2024.’” The article later refers to former President Donald Trump as the current President. The piece further claims that Covid-19 was a PsyOp that was implemented by the deep state. The caption reads, “US Military Operation #STORM reality in 2024’ This article is shocking on so many levels!!!! First, it is CNBC!!!! Second, it calls DJT our CURRENT President. Third, it calls his CURRENT operation ‘the total Obliteration of the globalist Deep State.’!!!!” There is no record of this piece on their website. Likewise, there is no record of this on any of their Social Media accounts. The article appears to have stemmed from a website called cnbcusa.com. The official website of CNBC is cnbc.com.
