Officials have ruled out any terrorist links to the incident. Fact Check: The names of the three victims killed in a terror attack in Israel have been released, The Times Of Israel reported. Livia Dickman, Ashdod, Elimelech Wasserman and Hannah Ifergan were killed at a bus stop by two gunmen in Jerusalem who were then killed by police. I am traveling to Buffalo to meet with law enforcement & emergency responders & will update New Yorkers when more information becomes available. — Governor Kathy Hochul (@GovKathyHochul) November 22, 2023 NBC News reported that there was no sign of a terror attack related to this incident.
