Per the Rajya Sabha’s official website, “Parliament Museum is an interactive storytelling museum on rich Indian democratic history. It is under the administration of Lok Sabha Secretariat." It is located on the ground floor of the Parliament Library Building.
There are three buildings on the current Parliament campus. The first is the main building which houses the Lok Sabha, the Rajya Sabha, and the Central Hall. The other two are the Parliament Annexe and the Parliament Library building. The three buildings can also be seen in satellite images.
We also found many videos and photos of this museum. In November 2015, the official Twitter account of the Public Diplomacy department in the Ministry of External Affairs also tweeted a photo of the Drafting Of Constitution room that Mann mentioned in his speech.
