The video is titled, “JUST IN: CONFIRMED! PRES DUTERTE, PINATUNAYANG PACQUIAO BINAYARAN lang ang COLLEGE DIPLOMA sa UMAK?” (President Duterte proves Pacquiao paid for his UMak college diploma?)
