The scope of this fact check is not to determine whether Trump was booed or cheered, but whether his wife was with him when he went on the field at Super Bowl LIX in 2025. This video clip shows a different event and the audio track has been altered.
The original YouTube video (pictured below) posted by CBS 17 on January 14, 2020, is titled, "'Four More Years'; President Trump cheered loudly at College Football National Championship." It shows the president and first lady greeting football fans in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.

Donald Trump attended the 2025 Super Bowl with his daughter Ivanka (archived here), and grandson Theodore. A February 9, 2025, article on www.nbcnewyork.com (archived here) notes that Trump was the first sitting president to ever attend a Super Bowl. Trump briefly appeared on the field (pictured below), where he greeted first responders and posed for photos.

The 2020 College Football National Championship and the 2025 Super Bowl LIX were both held in the same Superdome stadium but in 2021 the naming rights for the Superdome (archived here) were transferred from Mercedes-Benz to Caesars Entertainment.
