FDA-approved and made in the United States” shares the video of an advertisement for a product called nasal herbal box which claims to make you lose weight rapidly.

Is it possible to naturally lose fat without exercise and diet?
No. It is not possible to lose fat without exercise and diet. Losing fat is a multifaceted approach. If someone wants to lose fat, they must find out the cause of weight gain: inflammation, leaky gut, hormone imbalance, toxins, low metabolism, intake of medicines like steroids, etc. After the cause is identified, lifestyle and dietary modifications are done accordingly to lose fat. Weight loss becomes difficult as a person ages.
Also, it is possible to naturally reduce fat naturally through physical activity and a well-balanced calorie-deficit diet. Patients wishing to lose weight should participate in physical activity and caloric restriction to improve their chances of burning fat and losing weight. Lastly, it is not possible to reduce fat in a few days naturally. It is a gradual process that takes a lot of effort and time.

The link mentions that the product works through the molecular atomizer and majorly helps in liver tissue degeneration, hepatic fat removal, enhancement in liver toxification and supporting digestion. However, neither of these purported benefits could be found in any legitimate medical source or peer-reviewed published literature.
The nasal herbal box is a device that is inserted into the nose and delivers a mist of herbal extract. The manufacturers of these devices claim that the herbs can help detoxify the liver, boost metabolism, and suppress appetite. However, there is no scientific evidence to support these claims. In fact, some studies have shown that herbal supplements can actually have harmful side effects, such as liver damage.
