There is no evidence for the claim. The statement cannot be found on the UN’s website or in any credible news reports and a spokesperson for the UN denied the claim to Check Your Fact via email.

Female, Afghan UN employees have been banned by the Taliban from working for the world body, according to PBS. The UN has accused the Taliban for detaining, harassing and imposing “severe” restrictions on the movements of these women, The Independent reported.
A photo shared on Facebook post purports the UN announced that “children must have sexual partners.” The post shares a graphic with an appalled-looking baby and a link to a website.
“On May 6 we will reveal a shocking evidence report that shows how the United Nations and the World Health Organization are instructing elementary schools worldwide to teach little children to masturbate, use pornography, practice oral sex, and have homosexual relationships,” the image’s text reads. “According to these guidelines, teachers should ensure that children have sex partners and begin with sex as young as possible.”

The graphic references StopWorldControl.com and its website references conspiracy theories such as The Great Reset, Agenda 2030 and New World Order.
The post may be referring to comprehensive sexuality education, which seeks to educate the young about sexual and reproductive health, according to the UN Population Fund website.
“Comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) plays a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of children and young people,” a United Nations spokesperson said in an email to Check Your Fact. “CSE is falsely accused of sexualizing children, introducing sexually inappropriate material to young children too early, grooming them for sexual abuse, and promoting homosexuality.”
The spokesperson further clarified CSE is taught in hopes of minimizing the endangerment of children by providing “information that is scientifically accurate, non-judgmental and age- and developmentally- appropriate,” to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted infections or unwanted pregnancies.
This is not the first time the UN has been the target of misinformation online. Check Your Fact recently debunked a claim suggesting the organization had a website dedicated to the “new world order.”
