Another Facebook user, Tobit E Obasi, also posted the same image in a video reel with a caption thus:
INFRASTRUCTURE and DEVELOPMENT: Aba, Abia state longest bridge… a true testament of a man that is on a destined mission!!! This is the work of Alex C Otti This type of Bridge would put Abia state straight on the map…

THE FINDINGS
Findings by The FactCheckHub show that the claim is MISLEADING!
A Google Lens search conducted on the image showed that the flyover is situated in China. The image was posted by an X user @CivilEngDis on June 22, 2024.
A look at the profile shows that the user constantly posts architectural design and construction on the social media page.

The FactCheckHub has previously debunked some claims about fly-overs which were misleadingly attributed to infrastructures in some Nigerian states as seen here and here.
THE VERDICT
The claim that the image shows a flyover bridge in Abia State is MISLEADING; the image shows a bridge under construction in China.
