The archived versions of such claims can be seen here and here.
AFWA found that while Sonia Gandhi’s birth date indeed happens to be on International Anti-Corruption Day, the claims regarding the birth dates of Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi are misleading.
HAS THE UN DECLARED ANY DATE AS “INTERNATIONAL DEAF DUMB DAY”?

However, there is an International Day of Sign Languages that is celebrated on September 23 (not September 26). The UN General Assembly proclaimed September 23 as the International Day of Sign Languages in order to “raise awareness of the importance of sign language in the full realisation of the human rights of people who are deaf.”
According to media reports, World Deaf Day is observed all over the world on the last Sunday of September every year.
The World Federation Of The Deaf mentions the International Week of Deaf People on its website. It is celebrated during the last full week of September. In 2022, it will be celebrated from September 19 to September 25.
WAS SONIA GANDHI BORN ON INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION DAY?
According to the official website of the Lok Sabha, Sonia Gandhi was born on December 9, 1946. December 9 is also observed as International Anti-Corruption Day.
The United Nations General Assembly in 2005 designated December 9 as International Anti-Corruption Day.
WAS RAHUL GANDHI BORN ON THE DAY “MERA NAAM JOKER” WAS RELEASED?
Rahul Gandhi was born on June 19, 1970 (and not December 18, 1970, as claimed).
According to its official IMDb page, Raj Kapoor-starrer “Mera Naam Joker” was indeed released in India on December 18, 1970. But that was almost six months after Gandhi was born.
So, we concluded that the viral post is mostly misleading.
