Where does nattokinase come from?
Nattokinase is an enzyme that came from a traditional Japanese fermented soybean dish called ‘natto’. It is a fermented soybeans with a specific strain of bacteria called Bacillus subtilis var. natto. During the fermentation process, this bacteria produces the enzyme nattokinase, which has been studied for its potential health benefits.
What are the benefits of nattokinase?
Nattokinase (NK) is an effective, cost-efficient, and natural remedy for heart and cardiovascular issues. Both animal and human trials confirm NK’s potential to support the circulatory system by thinning blood and dissolving clots. NK’s impact on oxidative and inflammatory thrombosis are studies effectively. It reduces factors linked to cardiovascular risk, and even a single dose can initiate fibrinolysis.
