A woman caught screaming at a toddler on camera is not Jordan Bowen and has never worked for the Democratic Party
Context
Clips from U.S. Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris' Houston rally on Friday, October 25, flooded social media following the event. One viral clip, filmed outside the rally, featured a young woman screaming abuse at a toddler.
In the video (archived here), a crowd is arguing in front of a man holding a microphone with a toddler in a stroller next to him.
A young brunette woman wearing a blue shirt and denim shorts then walks in front of the toddler, leans down to face her, and screams, "I don't give a f**k, your dad's a b*tch!" She is then pulled away by another woman who appears to reprimand her.
Multiple social media users have shared the video with false claims that the woman is employed by the Harris County Democratic Party (HCDP). Harris County, Texas, is the most populous county and contains the seat of Houston.
One post (archived here), which has over 420,000 views and has been reshared over 6,000 times, claims, "Jordan Bowen is the Kamala Trash that was recorded yelling at a toddler. Of course she is a paid operative of the Kamala campaign." The tweet includes a screenshot supposedly identifying the woman as Jordan, an organizer for the Democratic Party.
Other posts repeating the claim also include a photo of a flier with Jordan Bowen's name and picture on it (archived here), identifying her as the Democratic Party's organizing director for Harris County.
However, the woman in the photo is not Jordan Bowen. Photos of Bowen show that she appears visibly older than the woman in the viral video. The Democratic Party has since confirmed that Bowen is not in the video and has not worked for the party for more than a year.
What we found
We found an old Facebook post (archived here) from the Democratic Party with a photograph of Jordan Bowen and an event page (archived here) for a Q&A session Bowen conducted when she was the organizing director for the HCDP.
Photos from these two pages show that Bowen has a different build and appears visibly older than the woman in the viral video, with a broader-shaped face.

On October 26, the Democratic Party released a statement on its Facebook page saying, "We are aware of a video circulating of a woman screaming at a child, apparently outside the Kamala Harris rally. The person depicted in the video is not and has never been an employee of HCDP or [The Democratic Party]."
Logically Facts contacted the HCDP chief of staff, Derek Kelly, who confirmed that the woman in the video is not Jordan Bowen and has never been employed by the Democratic Party. "Additionally, I can confirm that Jordan Bowen has not worked for the Harris Democratic Party for over a year," he said.
The verdict
Social media users have claimed that a young woman filmed screaming abuse at a toddler at Kamala Harris' Houston rally is an employee of the Democratic Party named Jordan Bowen. However, photos of Bowen show that her features do not match those of the woman in the video. The HCDP has also confirmed that the young woman is not Bowen and has never been employed by the party. We have therefore rated this false.
