The person in the video is a Delhi-based 22-year-old Instagram influencer named Aryan.
The case of a 17-year-old from Pune allegedly killing two people after ramming into them with his luxury car has taken the nation by shock, especially because of how the Juvenile Justice Board treated him. The teen, son of real estate developer Vishal Agarwal, was initially granted bail and asked to write an essay on the incident. Many have termed this a “slap on the wrist”, highlighting how the wealthy evade justice. The Juvenile Justice Board, however, later revoked the bail and remanded the minor to its Yerawada home until June 5.
Now, a video going viral on social media purports to show the same teen bragging about driving under the influence of alcohol and killing people in a profanity-laden rap song.
Sharing this video on X, one person wrote, "Shocking but true, the psychopath kill*er in the Pune Porsche case made a rap song about the accident after getting bail, mocking the deaths of the innocent victims. How can someone be so insensitive?" Its archive can be seen here.

Several Marathi news channels and websites also claimed in their reports that this video showed the Pune teen who has been accused of killing two people while drunk driving.
India Today Fact Check found that the person in the video is a Delhi-based Instagram influencer named Aryan, not the teen accused in the Pune Porsche case.
Our Probe
We found that some comments under the viral posts mentioned the person in the video was an Instagram user called "Cringistaan2". When we checked the account, we found another video of the person rapping about the Pune Porsche case on their Instagram Stories, shared on May 23. You can see the video below. This video too has been edited to block out profanities.
India Today Fact Check then reached out to Cringistaan2 via Instagram call. The man in the video identified himself as Aryan and confirmed he made both rap videos.
Aryan explained, "The case was trending and I thought of writing a rap about it. People can take it whichever way they want, I just used my art and creativity to create a funny and satirical piece."
Aryan is a Delhi-based 22-year-old college who claims to work as a rapper and a freelance video editor. He told India Today Fact Check that he had shared the viral video on his Instagram stories on May 23, which remained there for 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the accused's mother Shivani Agarwal shared her video with India Today correspondent Divesh Singh. In the video, she can be seen holding a smartphone which shows a WhatsApp chat featuring Aryan's rap songs. Shivani Agarwal said in the video that her son was in a detention centre and these videos did not feature him.
Thus, it is more than clear that the viral clip does not show the teen accused in the Pune Porsche case bragging about the accident.
