Newshecker ran a reverse image search of keyframes of the video, which led us to this Youtube video by Interesting Engineering, dated September 4, 2023, which predates the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict that began on October 7, 2023. The description states that the video shows an interesting device that is used to remove the old tile layers from a chimney. We came across this X post by the World of Engineering, calling it a rotary tile breaking tool. Similar posts can be seen here and here, confirming that the video shows a tool that is used to speed up the process of removing clay flue tiles and is not related to the Israel-Hamas conflict.
