Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox has tested positive for Covid-19 and will miss Sunday's NFL game at the New York Jets, the Bills announced Saturday. Knox was joined on the Covid-19 list by three others defined as close contacts by the Bills -- tight ends Lee Smith, Tommy Smith and Nate Becker -- and all will miss Sunday's contest against the winless Jets. Only Tyler Kroft, whose wife gave birth to a baby girl Friday, and Reggie Gilliam remain as tight ends on the Bills' 53-man roster as the team travels to New York for the contest. The Bills lead the AFC East division at 4-2, one game ahead of Miami, while the Jets are a league-worst 0-6. The New Orleans Saints are set to face Carolina on Sunday without wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who was placed on the Covid-19 reserve list Friday, Saints coach sean Payton saying the receiver tested positive for the virus. Saints cornerback Ken Crawley was also placed on the Covid-19 reserve list as a result of contract tracing and will miss Sunday's game. The Las Vegas Raiders have had no new tests from four offensive linemen who were on the Covid-19 list due to contact tracing. If they do not test positive before, they could be reactivated in time for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay. js/dj
