| - European credit investment firm AlbaCore Capital Group ("AlbaCore"), announced the pricing of its second Collateralized Loan Obligation ("CLO"), AlbaCore Euro CLO II, an upsized EUR408,350,000 CLO with environmental, social and governance ("ESG") eligibility criteria in the documentation. In line with its first CLO that priced last year, AlbaCore Euro CLO II incorporates negative ESG screening criteria that is combined with AlbaCore's fundamental research and risk focused ESG considerations, including restrictions on the industry type in which the CLO can invest. Arranged by Barclays Bank PLC, the fund is expected to close in May 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions. The collateral manager of AlbaCore Euro CLO II is AlbaCore Capital LLP.
