Global venture capital and private equity firm Insight Partners led the round with participation from existing investors. The new investment follows Semperis completing its sixth consecutive profitable quarter, bringing total funding to $54 million. With this capital infusion, Semperis will continue to expand its global presence and accelerate hiring across all functional areas. Semperis also announced that Teddie Wardi, Managing Director at Insight Partners, and Charlie Federman, Partner at SilverTech Ventures, will be joining its board of directors.
