He adds 25 years of experience in sales and operations in the human resources and software-as-a-service (SaaS) sectors. Poos most recently served as managing director of Benelux for Indeed.com, supporting operations in Amsterdam and Brussels as well as Dublin, Ireland. Previously he held leadership positions for companies including Xerox, Adecco, Monster.com, and Telegraaf Media Group.
