About: Unbelegt. Seit 2009 vertreibt die Firma Ajinomoto den Süßstoff Aspartam unter dem Namen Aminosweet. Diese Umbenennung hat jedoch keinen Einfluss auf die Kennzeichnungspflicht in Deutschland und der EU, hier muss entweder „Aspartam“ oder „E951“ angegeben werden – unabhängig vom Hersteller oder Markennamen. Der Süßstoff ist in der EU in Nahrungsmitteln zugelassen und gilt als unbedenklich.     Permalink
