| - Following the knife attack on actor Saif Ali Khan in his Mumbai home by an intruder, three images showing him in a hospital bed with actor Salman Khan sitting next to him are being shared to claim that it shows the latter visiting him at the hospital.
What we found: At first, we noticed some discrepancies with some images. The area around Salman Khan's eye looked distorted and one of his fingers were missing.
We, also, noticed a small, blurry logo of Grok AI, a generative AI chatbot, in its bottom right corner.
We, then, ran the image on AI-detection websites such as Hive Moderation and Sightengine. Following are the results:
Hive Moderation declared all three as AI-generated.
However, Sightengine was uncertain about one image deeming it with 53% AI content, while the other two were declared, "likely AI-generated" by the tool. Swipe right to see the results.
Here are the results by Hive Moderation.
