Several Facebook users posted a quote card with a statement falsely attributed to Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo.
The quote card attributed the following quote to Panelo: “No need na iboto ng mga tiga-Luzon ang Duterte-Duterte o kaya Go-Duterte tandem (Luzon residents don’t need to vote for a Duterte-Duterte or Go-Duterte tandem).
