The photo is digitally altered. The original photo of the Trumps appears in a 2016 Daily Mail article, while the original photo of Daniels appears on Wikimedia Commons.

Trump and Daniels allegedly had an affair in 2006 after Melania Trump had given birth to she and the former President’s son, Barron, according to BBC News. The former president was indicted on more than 30 counts of business fraud stemming from an alleged “hush money” payment to the porn star, CNN reported.
The photo, viewed over 300,000 times on Twitter, appears to show the Trumps beside Daniels at a public event. “‘I never cared for horse face’ Trump just said in Waco. What the hell are they all doing together? Sorry I don’t know who took this picture,” the post purports.
The photo is digitally altered. There are no credible news reports indicating the former President and First Lady have ever been photographed with Daniels. Likewise, Daniels has not referenced the photo on her verified Twitter and Instagram accounts. In addition, neither of the Trumps has publicly addressed the purported photo.

The original photo of Daniels can be traced back to Wikimedia Commons. The entry indicates the photo of Daniels was taken at the AVN Awards in 2006. Another image of Daniels captured at the event can be viewed on Getty Images.
