Listen to Story India Today Fact Check This video shows a November 2022 blast that happened on a road running across the Nova Kakhovka dam. On June 6, the Nova Kakhovka dam in a Russian-controlled region of southern Ukraine was breached, creating fears of wide-scale flooding in the area. According to reports, around 22,000 people living across 14 settlements in Ukraine's Kherson region were at risk of flooding. Meanwhile, several videos, allegedly showing the damaged dam have been circulated on social media. Among them is CCTV footage which purportedly shows the Nova Kakhovka dam blowing up.
