  • FACT CHECK: Did Keith Olbermann Post This Profane Attack Towards The Women On The Supreme Court? A post shared on social media purportedly shows a screenshot of a post from former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann attacking the women of the Supreme Court. Verdict: False The claim is inaccurate. The post stems from a false account. Fact Check: The U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the states cannot bar former President Donald Trump from the ballot in the 2024 presidential election, The Associated Press reported. The court reversed the decision by the state to bar Trump on the basis of the 14th Amendment that prevented former Confederates from running for office after the Civil War. A post shared on Facebook purports Olbermann made a tweet attacking the female Supreme Court Justices. The post allegedly shows a screenshot of Olbermann’s tweet. The alleged post reads, “F**K you, Sonia Sotomayor, F**k you, Elena Kagan, F**k Ketanji Brown Jackson. Liberal women are F**king useless.” The caption reads, “Yet, Keith Olbermann thinks President Trump is disrespectful towards women? So, what we call this? Having a meltdown over the Supreme Court not allowing Democrats to weaponize our highest court, against a political opponent.” The claim is inaccurate. There is no record of Olbermann’s verified social media account. The account is not Olbermann’s but a parody account that looks similar to Olbermann’s authentic account. However, the bio self identifies as Parody. Olbermann did call for the Supreme Court to be dissolved and claimed that “Jackson, Kagan and Sotomayor have proved themselves inept at reading comprehension,” according to The Hill.
