New Delhi (Vishvas News). The FIFA World Cup 2026 has begun, with the final scheduled for July 19, 2026. Meanwhile, a video is going viral on various social media platforms, claiming that during this World Cup, a female fan became the centre of attention in the stadium for her beauty rather than the match. Social media users are sharing this video clip, claiming that it is ‘Beauty in Black.’ This video is being shared with claims that beauty does not depend on colour.
Vishvas News investigated and found this claim to be misleading. The viral video is from a virtual Instagram influencer who only shares AI-generated videos or photos.
What is viral?
Instagram user ‘Balmukund Joshi’ shared the viral video (archive link) on June 14, 2026, with the caption, “Don’t be so proud of your fair complexion…but brother, when this pure black beauty entered the stadium, there was hardly anyone who did not praise her beauty…have you ever seen such a beautiful girl till now?”
Users have also shared this video with similar claims on different social media platforms.
Investigation
The viral video clip, which is approximately 15 seconds long, features a Black woman smiling. However, in one frame, when she raises her hands to fix her hair, the skin tone of her hands does not match that of her face. This visual inconsistency raises suspicion that the video is AI-generated or edited.
We checked this video with a deepfake detection tool. According to Google’s SynthID, this video wasn’t created with Google’s AI tools, but Gemini’s analysis highlighted some inconsistencies, suggesting it was created with another AI tool.
According to this analysis, the woman’s facial features and skin tone appear quite smooth, which can often indicate the use of heavy digital filters or AI editing tools. Based on the above inputs, we analysed the video using ‘Hive Moderation,’ which confirmed it is 100% AI-generated.
The analysis also suggested that this video was likely created using the ‘Seedence2’ model, an AI video generation tool. Hive’s analysis confirms a high probability (99.9%) of all frames of this video being AI-generated.
We also checked the keyframes in this video using the Vera-AI detector, which highlighted a 92% probability that the images were AI-created.
‘Deepfake-O-Meter’ also confirmed the likelihood of this video being AI-generated. The ‘AVSRDD’ (2025) detector gives a 100% chance of this video being AI-created, the ‘CFM’ detector gives a 71% chance, and the ‘FTCN’ detector gives a 63 percent chance of this video being AI-created.
Regarding the viral video, we spoke to AI expert Dr Azhar Machwe. He said, “It appears to be fake because the shape of the hand and the size of the hair appear to change as the hand moves.” Our investigation indicates that the viral video is not real, but synthetic.
We conducted a reverse image search on key frames to trace the source of this video. An advanced search led us to an Instagram profile named ‘jeyla_shore’ (archived link ), which is not a profile of a real person but of a virtual influencer. This profile, where synthetic multimedia is shared, is virtual.
This video, shared on May 31, has been liked by nearly three million people till the time of writing this report and has been viewed millions of times on different platforms.
According to the information given in the profile, this influencer has declared himself as the brand ambassador of aceaispark.com, which is an AI-powered platform for creating social media content.
What is the context?
The FIFA World Cup 2026 kicked off on June 11th, with the final scheduled for July 19th at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
This year’s World Cup is being hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and for the first time, 48 teams are participating in the tournament, instead of 32. Zee Network holds the broadcast rights in India, and due to time zone differences, most matches are being broadcast in India at midnight or early morning.
The X user who shared the viral video has over 11,000 followers. Fact-check reports on other similar viral deepfake multimedia can be accessed in the AI Check section of Vishvas News.
