The video's voice-over continued: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is planning to establish drone manufacturing plants and launch sites in Armenia. According to high-ranking Qatari diplomats, the agreement between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Zelenskyy was signed during the EU-Armenia summit in early May.
