A Google Lens reverse image search (archived here) of the image in the post revealed that it came from this November 19, 2024, Threads post (archived here) by the account of Your Daily News. Its bio (archived here) states that its content is "satire that you might want to read."
Swift's most recent comment about Canada on her verified Instagram account was merely to say in a November 4, 2024, post (archived here) that she would begin the Canada leg of her "The Eras" tour in Toronto soon. Her last Canadian tour date (archived here) is December 8, 2024.
