  • Fact Check “84 के दंगों में हिंदुओं और सिखों ने अपने पापों की कीमत चुकाई” Viral News फेक न्यूज़ की जांच के दौरान हमें एक पोस्ट मिला जिसके मुताबिक सलमान खुर्शीद ने अपनी किताब ‘At home in India: A restatement of Indian Muslims’ में हिंदुओं के खिलाफ लिखा है। उनकी किताब में लिखा है कि 1984 के दंगों में हिंदू और सिखों ने 1947 में किए पापों की कीमत चुकाई। “At Home in India: A restatement of Indian Muslims” in which he writes that what Sikhs (and Hindus) suffered during 1984 riots was only due to their SINS committed against Muslims during 1947 partition.” Investigation मैसेज के सामने आते ही हमने इसकी सत्यता जानने के लिए पड़ताल शुरू की। सबसे पहले हमने ढूंढना शुरू किया कि ये पोस्ट सबसे पहले कहां प्रकाशित हुआ था। गूगल पर कीवर्ड्स की मदद से हम उस लिंक पर पहुंचे जहां इसे छापा गया था। डिफेंस पीके नामक एक वेबसाइट ने इसे 4 मार्च 2013 में छापा था जिसे नीचे दिए लिंक पर देखा जा सकता है। इस पूरी खोज के दौरान हमें कई विश्वसनीय प्रोफाइल भी मिले जिन्होंने इस खबर को शेयर किया था। जिनमें से एक थे सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी Hindus and Sikhs paid for their sins during 1984 riots Salman Khurshid https://t.co/xAG1pnGyvU via @defencepk — Subramanian Swamy (@Swamy39) October 31, 2013 Salman Khurshid on the 1984 Sikh genocide: “There was also a terrible satisfaction amongst Muslims, who had not completely forgotten the Partition’s unpleasant aftermath. Hindus and Sikhs were alike paying for their ‘sins’.” [From his book, At Home in India.] pic.twitter.com/KiXcHuXIZo — Anand Ranganathan (@ARanganathan72) April 24, 2018 अच्छी तरह से तलाश करने और कई लेख पढ़ने के बाद हमें ये पता चला कि दरअसल जिस किताब की बात हो रही है वो At Home in India: A restatement of Indian Muslims नहीं है बल्कि At Home in India: The Muslim Saga है। अब ये जानना था कि आखिर सलमान खुर्शीद की इस किताब में ऐसा कुछ कहा गया है या नहीं। हमने किंडल पर इस किताब को खरीद कर इसे पढ़ा और ये पता चला कि सलमान खुर्शीद ने ऐसा कुछ लिखा ही नहीं है बल्कि उनकी किताब में लिखी बातों को तोड़-मरोड़ कर गलत स्क्रीनशॉट के साथ पेश किया गया है। किताब के उस हिस्से को आप नीचे पढ़ सकते हैं। At Home in India: A restatement of Indian Muslims ये किताब 1986 में लिखी गई थी जबकि At Home in India: The Muslim Saga, 2014 में पब्लिश हुई थी। Result: False Runjay Kumar February 12, 2025 Runjay Kumar February 12, 2025 Komal Singh February 11, 2025
