Last week New Zealand fly-half Beauden Barrett signed a one-year deal with Top League side Suntory Sungoliath for a reported salary of £780,000 ($973,000). South Africa's World Cup winning hooker Malcolm Marx, England's George Kruis and Wales' Hadleigh Parkes are among other recent additions to Japan's financially lucrative top flight.
